All About Sprabbits
Congratulations! You are now the proud pet owner of an adorable sprabbit! Life with these unique half bunny, half spider critters is fun, but there are some things you should know!
Sprabbits aren’t like other animals, nor does anyone really know where they come from. First discovered on Coral Cove, they became known for their cute faces and colourful, unique appearances! Some are raised as pets, some are used as a food source, while others yet live in the wilderness. Your special sprabbit comes direct from Haggler’s Pub on Coral Cove, a gracious gift of Bertin Timro the pub owner. He sent along a letter, let’s take a quick look at it:
Listen here, right. Me Sprabbits is me world, and I took care of each of em since they was just a li’l eggy. Each one is special and needs to be loved! They all gots their likes and dislikes, and can help you out as you go. Just promise me you’ll always take care of me little babies!!
– Bertin
Let’s go over a few basic care tips for your sprabbit.
- Don’t get your sprabbit wet! They don’t need baths! Sprabbits groom themselves regularly, and unless they’ve had an exceptionally messy mishap, don’t need to be washed off.
- Sprabbits love cuddles! Well, most of them do, anyway. They are soft, furry critters who love to take a nap against a warm body.
- Don’t overfeed your sprabbit! Sprabbits generally fend for themselves quite well, mostly hunting small insects and other pests which find their way into their homes. They love the occasional treat, but don’t overfeed them, or they’ll get too fat and lazy to hunt!
- Don’t be alarmed if you find a web or two in the corner of your home. Certain breeds of Sprabbit are natural web weavers. If you get caught in the web, just be sure to calmly and carefully cut yourself free, as you don’t want to alarm your sprabbit and accidentally get bit.
- In case of sprabbit bite, wash the bitten spot immediately with soap and water and disinfect. Sprabbits are only slightly venomous, so their bites won’t cause any lasting damage, but long term effects of frequent bites are currently unknown. Better to be safe than sorry!
- Sprabbits lay eggs! But not all eggs hatch into more sprabbits. In fact, their eggs are just as delicious and nutritious as any chicken’s egg, and goes great with bacon! If you’ve gained your sprabbit’s trust, it may even lay more eggs than usual just for you. You can often find its eggs in warm, damp places, so be sure to check every corner of your home!
Remember: Every sprabbit is unique In more ways than just their appearance! They have different numbers of limbs, different personalities, and must be treated with care! Below, you’ll find a list of sprabbits who recently came up for adoption, alongside a few facts and personality quirks, and how they could help you in your daily life!

Note to GMs: Sprabbits can easily be contextualized within the world of D&D as a pet familiar, and they have a stat block (seen below).
Generally, a sprabbit will have one “owner” whose commands it will follow, but that “owner” can change if everyone agrees.
It takes 24 hours of bonding between sprabbit and player character for “ownership” to transfer. Sprabbits can benefit the whole party, like a family pet. Talk with your players to decide which system works best for your table, similar to how magic items are divided amongst the party.
Anyone who adopted a sprabbit plush at our booth will be given the opportunity to adopt that exact sprabbit in The Curse of Coral Cove, at a certain point in the adventure. That sprabbit will offer minor mechanical benefits to the player in current and future adventures, and are listed below alongside their bio.

Wave 6

Name: Seemore
About: Ironically blind – Pftphbtph… sorry, walked into a web. That’ll happen with Seemore around, poor little guy needs them just to know where he’s been already! Though he might need help seeing it, Seemore’s a special guy, and you’ll see for yourself if you let him stay tethered to you with his shiny strands of silk. Set him down however, and… well, try to keep an eye on him.
5e Bonus: Haphazard Hindsight – Seemore permanently has the Blinded condition, and his owner receives advantage on Perception checks that rely on hearing. Once per short rest, Seemore can use his action to spew glistening webs in a 20-foot cone originating from him in a random direction, determined by rolling 1d8 (1=N, 2=NE, 3=E, etc.). Alternatively, Seemore’s owner can use their action to hold Seemore and choose the direction. The webbing coats objects within range, as well as creatures within range that fail a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. For the next minute, attack rolls against said creatures or objects have advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can’t benefit from being invisible.

Name: Bea Little
About: Has the warmest smile – Bea may be the littlest of her litter, but she’s got the biggest smile a Sprabbit could have! Always jacking up the fun and lighting up the room, her giggles put a grin on everyone’s faces, including the one on her back! When all else fails, Bea Little will snicker and shake her “rindquarters” to get a laugh out of those she’s around. With her, you’ll have one of the furriest and funniest of friends!
5e Bonus: Wack-o’-Laughter – Bea Little and her owner gain +1 to Performance checks. Once per long rest, Bea can use her action to taunt a creature within 30 feet that can see her with the smile pattern on her back. The targeted creature must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, or receive the Prone and Incapacitated conditions for 1 minute, laughing uncontrollably if it’s capable and unable to end the Prone condition on itself. At the end of each of its turns and each time it takes damage, it makes another Wisdom saving throw. The target has Advantage on the save if the save is triggered by damage. On a successful save, the target stops finding it so funny and is no longer laughing or under the effects of this feature.

Name: Bozo
About: Cursed with rotten luck – He doesn’t mean to be a spoilsport, but Bozo’s always struggled with lethargy… and hygiene. Half the time, he’s a total zombie to the world around him! But the other half of the time, he’s pulling himself together for his friends, ready for action until his last, smelly breath. You’ll get used to the odour! And once you do, Bozo will spoil you rotten with his undying support.
5e Bonus: Sick Time – Bozo’s Bite deals an extra 1d4 poison damage. Bozo is immune to poison damage and is permanently affected by the Poisoned condition. If you’re looking for some high-energy hello’s, get ready for sweet greetings every day with Trixie!
5e Bonus: Trixie’s Treaty – Trixie and her owner gain +1 to Charisma saving throws. If Trixie’s owner is making a Persuasion check on a creature that can see Trixie and is within 10ft of her, Trixie’s owner can treat a d20 roll between 2 and 9 as a 10.

5e Bonus: Eyes of a Killer – Moonlight and his owner gain +1 to Initiative rolls. While in direct sunlight, Moonlight has disadvantage on attack rolls and loses his advantage bonus to Perception checks that rely on sight. Moonlight never forgets a target, and can track living creatures hit by his Bite. For 24 hours, and as long as the bit creature is within 1,000 feet of Moonlight, he knows the direction to the creature’s location and has advantage on attack rolls made against it.

Name: Ghouliette

5e Bonus: Sisterhood of Raveling Aunts – The Spinsters and their owner gain +1 on Sleight of Hand checks. Sprabigail keeps her fur lined with ingredients as possible to make others green with envy that you met her first. Do ensure that, when she inevitably makes her many elixirs, you can tell which is which…
5e Bonus: Hare-Witch Projects – Sprabigail carries her own alchemical tools, functioning as a Herbalism Kit and that her owner has proficiency with. During a short rest, Sprabigail and her owner can choose to forgo the benefits of resting, instead attempting to duplicate a potion in their possession by making a skill check with their proficiency bonus. Potions must be of Common Rarity (DC 10) or Uncommon Rarity (DC 15). On a success, the potion is duplicated and this feature cannot be used for 24 hours as Sprabigail restocks her components. On a 1, no duplicate is created and Sprabigail somehow misplaces the original potion.who hear it, allowing him to target a creature within 30ft. that can hear him and using his action to grant disadvantage on their attack rolls until the end of their next turn.

Wave 5

Name: Mel
About: Loves sticky things – I won’t sugarcoat it – Mel’s as sticky as she is sweet. Let her do the same to you, and she may be inclined to share her sweetness and whatever gets stuck to it. Don’t worry, give it some time and the stickiness solidifies, making it easy to remove – much to her dismay.
